Order Form Information
You will need to complete an order form to ensure that
your scans are properly done. Please Place
an Order using our online order system. You will receive a copy of
your order via email which you can then print and send with your film.
Please supply all information. Incomplete order forms
will delay your job.
Sequencing
We can scan mounted slides in a requested sequence
provided the slides are numbered consecutively and are submitted in show
pages. The slide mounts must be identical.
Do not mix various types of slide mounts for a requested sequence. No
sequencing will be attempted from an order containing strips of film.
Orientation
Mark the right-reading side of the slide mount indicating
the correct way to view the slide. Orientation of scans from strips of
film will be made based on image content, provided the orientation of
the scene is readily obvious to the scanner operator. The final responsibility
for proper orientation, cropping and usage of the scan rests with the
customer.
Cleaning originals
It is your responsibility to ensure the film has been
inspected and delivered for scanning in a clean condition. Imagers will
not perform any cleaning services to remove debris or fingerprints.
We blow off the surface dust with dried, conditioned, compressed air that
also neutralizes static charges. You must also remove all extraneous materials
(tabs, mylar etc.) from the film. Do not attach anything to the film itself.

Specifying frames
When submitting strips of film from which only particular
frames are to be scanned, it is important that you indicate which frames
are to be scanned. On the protective sleeve, clearly write the frame number
over the desired frame.
Do not send a separate page listing the frame numbers. If your order involves
frame jumping, call for a price quote and turnaround estimate before sending
in the order. If all frames are to be scanned, simply indicate that on
the order form.
Avoiding delays
- Do not submit unprocessed film.
- Rush service must be confirmed. Call before sending
your job to confirm turnaround.
- Handle your Kodak Photo CD with extra care so that
more scans can be added to them. Inspect the discs before sending them
in for more scans. Imagers will not add images to discs that appear
damaged. Avoid any delay by indicating that we may charge you for
a new disc if necessary.
